Does anyone know the corresponding hero level username affiliated with the Hashie account? They made a threat to me once after accusing me of using a sock puppet and mentioned they were a hero level user on the default trust, and would use that account to leave me a negative.

...PS: This is from a hero member. You're going to get default-trusted negatives if you try to bring any more sockpuppets into this thread.

I don't know what of this is true, but even if you were actually sockpuppeting (does this word even exist? ^^), such behavior ("be careful what you say because I have the power to destroy your reputation") is highly unprofessional for any kind of service.
That this hashie clown now moves on to bother his scammed customers with some annoying internet game, playing the victim instead of taking care of refundings just puts a crown on top of all this.

I really hate it that so many subversive objects use this great idea of crypto to enrich themselves, not giving a single shit about the idea, the concept they're misusing.
But I guess that's what we have to live with. Marauders are where the money is. Sad but true.

If they were to use a hero member on default trust list to give you a negative feedback for asking questions about their business then the account would certainly be removed from default trust list. You should have opened a scam accusation against hashie when you received this message. This message clearly is trying to prevent people from asking "tough" questions about their business. Opening an accusation would have potentially prevented people from loosing money in this scam and would have earned you much needed respect within this community.

It had nothing to do with his personal activities. He was attempting to intimidate me into silencing myself in regards to this thread of which I am the OP: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=853522.0

A scam accusation would therefore be inappropriate. I did however leave a neutral comment on his trust for his abusive/threatening behavior.

Hmm.. joined for the free GHs. I thought of buying some GHs from Hashie. It is lucky, ZeusHash is having promotion and so.. I brought from ZeusHash instead.

So sad! This profile does not appear as the #1 result (on anonymous) Google searches anymore.

Time to be active on the crypto forums again? Proud to be one of the few Legendary members of the Sparkie Red Dot!

Gonna put this on my resume if I ever join a cryptocurrency/blockchain industry!

Yep, of course. After operating here for over 3 years suddenly I went rogue and decided to silence some one for pointing out my horrible crime of asking face value for a gift card. I should be ashamed of myself for not selling it for under face value. People have a right to force me to sell my possessions at a loss.

You have a right to sell anything at any cost but people also have a right to comment on the price of something whether you like it or not. You should've just ignored it instead of abusing your position in an attempt to get someone to shut up.

He very clearly was not there just to "comment" as demonstrated by his repeated harassing posts, insults, and slander posted all over my marketplace threads, the only place I am allowed to trade, effectively creating paranoia with users where none was warranted and blocking sales. If he made a thread about my horrible crimes in the meta or scam accusation areas I wouldn't have even blinked, but he was there to harass and to harm my ability to trade regardless of how many times you repeat to yourself (and everyone else) I was trying to silence him.

Barring a complete theft, which I'm hoping isn't the case and the users cold wallets are all secured, Stamp could potentially be the 2nd and bigger scam of 2015.

I'm truly hoping they're not Gox 2.0, and the hot wallet issue gets resolved soon, but if it doesn't, and they're somehow proved insolvent.....FUCK!!!! Angry

Reported by ad...@glados.cc, Oct 31, 2014

VULNERABILITY DETAILS
Opened windows (through normal hrefs with target="_blank") can modify window.opener.location and replace the parent webpage with something else, even on a different origin (bypassing same origin policy).

While this doesn't allow script execution, it does allow phishing attacks that silently replace the parent tab (which a user already mentally trusts).

window.opener.location should not be modifiable if on a different origin.

VERSION
Chrome Version: 37.0.2062.94 + stable
Operating System: Ubuntu

REPRODUCTION CASE

https://hashie.co/chrome/demo.html

That could have been someone completely different just using that as their username there. It's not though. It is TradeFortress as the same user made an earlier post here:

I am also experiencing this bug on my website, https://coinchat.org .

So, there's now a definite link between TradeFortress and hashie. Interesting.

It was absolutely not 1000 BTC, that is just the turnover in the wallet. Most of those funds went to AMHash.

Refunds are now available, please see: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4933260.0
