all scam bounties also have what you mean. . .
but for the latest team scams like this link https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5041008.0. it's hard to guess a scam bounty

Exactly, it is very hard to find the scam bounties because sometimes a good manager will start promoting the good bounty. At last after crowdsale, there won't be any development happening what they mentioned in the roadmap.

that's true and several times a scam project like that can be missed and accepted by the gift manager. they are very professional and manipulate to look very perfect and promising, so everyone is easily attracted and deceived.

You have to study first the ICO project carefully, the bounty is linked to the project, so studying the project will show you if it is serious with some potential or just another scam. The whitepaper, the team, the concept, the product, the website, all these factors can show you if the ICO is legitimate or not.

The bounty depends on ICO so if the project is scam then be it the bounty, better to have check carefully the ICO project as well the team. The bounty comes after if the bounty seems to have good rewards too.
