I think there is too much worries about altcoins
Do your research always because to me everytime is a good time to buy tokens
All coins do not dump at the same time
If bitcoin is down then go for a lower coin like stellar etc

Its good time but not all altcoins is good to buy because some are just a form of shitcoin without no roadmap and use case, select the one on top Coinmarketcap and invest on.
