Thanks for the feedback, glad to hear things are working out well!

I'd like to mention that my rigs are located in the US-West region.  If your favorite pool has a US-West option then you'll want to consider using that as your primary to achieve the lowest reject rates.

In case you wondered where your hard earned bitcoin was going... the infrastructure consists of HP servers running on 240V in a favorable climate.  Sapphire HD7950, R9 270X, and 7850 are the most common GPU.  Linux OS and cgminer 3.7.2 getting it done.

I've put tons of effort into making a stable and performant platform and I need YOUR help to grow it!  Happy mining.

@Laudney: You probably didn't switch primary pools

For me, the service worked just great. Got what I needed. Kinda wish the rehire bonus was higher, though

@Laudney:
What rig did you rent and for what periods of time?  Do you have your transaction ID?  Feel free to PM about this so we can work out remittence.

@Customers_in_general:
If you have any trouble with pool switching please immediately PM so we can work this out.  I will take care of any issue that is the result of the server having trouble, however if the renter does not set their primary pools or reach out to me about the problem it is much more difficult to handle after the fact.

@Laudney:
I think this deserves a little more context now the lease duration has passed.  The moment your contract ended the pool configurator properly pulled in both standby pools and are solidly hashing on them.  Since the customer preceding your lease period had a good experience, and things worked perfectly directly after your lease, I am certain this was not a configuration issue on infrastructure4.  That said I think there are a certain set of circumstances that can result in leaserig.net and the proxy not communicating properly and this can result in the leasee's pool configuration panel getting wedged temporarily.

In your particular experience I believe we had compounding issues.  First, you said it yourself in PM, is that your target coin forked and the pools were down, a few hours later something went wrong with the leasee interface (on this rig only, and this was the first time I've seen this happen), around that same time the pools became operational again.  I took the steps of restarting the proxy (unnecessarily) but needed your pool info to keep the mining going since the configurator appeared jammed on the website still, at any point I could have overrode the leasee interface with your pools from my side, but you never responded to me with the needed info even though we had several correspondences and I mentioned it several times.  I offered you a refund the moment things first got complicated early in the lease, yet you said everything was okay hours after that point and waited until the end of the lease, then asked for the full refund in my reputation thread.

@Customers_in_general:
I will do everything I can to make these machines do their jobs, and I can make them perform for me, if you will not or cannot respond to me with the information I need to do the same for you then we are not going to be successful.  Leasing a machine is more than using the leaserig interface, its an agreement that you are taking responsibility and liability that the pool you wish to connect to is operational, you are accepting the economic profit or loss of your pool configurations, and that we will communicate the information needed to fix the problems BEFORE a refund becomes necessary.  If your 9000% profit pools blows up, and you don't get your backup pools in place beforehand its not fair at all to ask for a full refund several hours later because it didn't work out.  This really goes without saying, but from the chain of events today, I see some people honestly just have different expectations.

These rigs are in high demand and I really hope my customers are as serious about getting the job done as I am.  Yes there are hiccups but most are easily prevented or handled with even a little bit of effort.  Refunds will always occur in full in the event my rig fails, but don't expect a full refund for situations like Laudney had, he got lucky, he probably deserved a partial refund, and I considered not refunding anything because he didn't work with me to resolve the problem.

@sabyd.  I'm looking into your issue right now.  You are on a new rig and as far as I can tell the rig is doing what it needs to (admin panel is showing the correct hashrate, miners are showing the correct hashrates, proxy not complaining).  I haven't tried making any changes since I don't understand what is wrong here yet.  Has the situation already improved?  Are you sure your pools are reporting correctly?  I'm wondering if your pool's specific reporting method needs more time to accurately report the speed.  I'll look over my config again as well to make sure I've got the correct settings in place.

Thanks a264k.
I have tried 5-6 pools. Now I'm mining on a pool from 5-6 hour and I have never seen more then 3,2MH on the dashboard of the pool.
I know the dashboard is always inaccurate, but never seen half of declared hashrate.
Sincerely I don't know what's happening...maybe the problem is the the pool.
I will try to change again and use another pool.

EDIT: 7th pool changed and still maximum 3,4MH on dashboard... Boh?!?

I found a configuration error on infrastructure3, my rig was at fault here.  I refunded sabyd for the portion of work he was not getting while the issue was present.  All rigs are currently operating nominally.
