I would love to think that this will be the case.

I don't follow SEC very closely but from what I've been told by some fellow crypto-heads:

By the end of 2018 we will still be in the $6k to $6.5k range. Sometime after mid January is when many investors are expecting to see some increases in market, and see a lot less fluctuations in price (a more stable market than now, even though we are more stable now that it has been in a few months to say the least)

Either way, I'm in crypto for the long-haul, and I hope to make many of new friends and contacts along the way!

it is very unlikely because at the moment the price of bitcoin has shown an increase in prices because it has entered the end of the year so that the condition of bitcoin prices has very high demand, and the price of bitcoin will not be able to fall to that cheap price because it's hard to fall at that price.

That's only a possibilty but I doubt if the price of bitcoin will go down that level. Many big investors like the whales might want the price to go down more so they can buy the coins in a lower price. But it will not likeky go down to $1500 unless there is a negative development in the coming days that would severely affect the price of bitcoin. But cheaper price of bitcoin could become attractive to many investors and this would trigger the start of buying.

No. I don't believe the bitcoin price will drop to $1,500 that's a myth for sure because it is not possible. The bitcoin market capitalization is still strong which is over $75 billion. For bitcoin price to be at $1,500 the market capitalization must drop to roughly $25 billion which is not possible at all

The price has been crashing, we will have to be blind to not see the effects that this is having in the community but even with the market being as negative as it is I find it very difficult to believe that we are going to see a price of 1500 dollars or 2500 dollars before this year ends and if we do then I do not know how much longer people will be able to hold their coins.

I don't believe it, there's no prove that it's significant and true. Moreover, there's no one can make sure and guarantee that issue. One thing that I know that bitcoin is unpredictable, both time and the price that comes up. People talk is what make the price keep changing, the trends influence the price significantly, that one, I'm sure of it.

No I did not believe to down at that price. But if the price continue falling for sure they will see maybe lower than the 1500 dollars and we can avoid it if we want because we can up the value of the bitcoin if we want.

I don't want to believe it but the market is not recovering, this means that some of our worst nightmares could become true and the price could become that low if people really lose faith in bitcoin, I really hope that during the next days and weeks people begin to realize how low the price of bitcoin really is and they begin to invest in it once again because they recognize the great opportunity that they have right in front of them.

But there is no way to convince them if the price doesn't stop crashing because no one will want to invest in a market that is continuously going down and it doesn't show any potential for recovery.

This situation now on market looks bad, I have to admitt, but still I don't believe that Bitcoin price will drop as low as 1500$ or even lower. If this happens this would be like the very begininig again.
But currently the phase of panic selling has become and everything is possible. But no matter the scenario that will happen I will stay with Bitcoin and I still deeply beleive the price will recover.

I doubt bitcoin will go to 1500 this year. But I'm expecting it to go to about 2000 on the next months, because the line passing now at about 1888 (crossing on the weekly charter 754 and 890) looks as the only support.

We know that everything can be possible to happen in the cryptocurrency. And if the price drops to $1500-$2500 this year, then it's the bad situations that we ever see, and it might be a flash dump, and the price will bounce up. We have seen the flash dump happen in many exchanges, but it will not happen at the same time, and it's only happening in one or two exchange. But if the support cannot hold the price to stay at $3500, then the price will continue to get down, and we have to see the deepest of the bitcoin price.

I doubt bitcoin will go to 1500 this year. But I'm expecting it to go to about 2000 on the next months, because the line passing now at about 1888 (crossing on the weekly charter 754 and 890) looks as the only support.

I'm not sure which lines you cross , but from my observations it follows that before the price of Bitcoin drops to $1500 (if it happens), the price must first rise to around $7000. If in the following weeks we see quick increases, unfortunately this scenario will be most likely for me. (If the price will grow slowly and stable i don't expect more drops)

Answering question from the topic - I believe that this year the price of BTC will not fall to $1500, but it is possible that this may happen at the beginning of next year.
