I'm very sorry.. But still no update from hosting provider.
I'll keep you updated!

Couldnt you just refund the last transaction and restart it when everything works porperly?

Since it's been 11h down already and it got shut off within the first few hours of existence.

would like to see Restart too missed the launch last night..! lets see if that happens

Okay.. According to our hosting provider they sent technicians on site to fix server problems.

Let's see when they manage to get it running again.

So now we would like to know whether we should start with a new round then?

I'll say go with new round as site is down from so many hours..! but recommend some kind of compensation to few members invested at the end.

How does that make any sence? If you would have invested fairly large amount you wouldn't write that..

Edit: Oh I see, you missed the round according to previous posts so you don't care how much other have lost due to a server problem.

I'd suggest to keep this round running.

Since we don't know when the server is available again (so the domain is reachable and shows the investment page)
we should keep it as it is for the moment.

There weren't much investments unpaid, so the system should run smoothly just like before the provider fail.

We can think about this "round-system" later - I think this is the fairest way to handle this.

Answer to my support ticket from half an hour ago:

"Once we detect an outage we send staff to the rack to check for issues, they are now fixing these and we expect your VPS to be up very soon."

So "soon" seems to be a very dynamic term for them.....  Angry

As soon as I have access to the server I'll backup all data and switch to another provider - this one destroyed the program.

As you mentioned in your previous post: " As soon as I have access to the server I'll backup all data and switch to another provider - this one destroyed the program."

So you are continuing without changing server.? whats the guarantee it won't happen again.?

This round will run for some time now.

A reset has actually never been thought of. But we will make a plan in some time.

We can set up the system on another server parallely.
The databases will be synced, so nothing goes lost.
That's just some work for us. Be patient Wink

I posted it before the server's went down, i was second last guy then. It makes sense by then, but now we have fairly large amounts in here So, keeping the round alive is the best option for all.

Edit: What's this -.49 trans about 4c90a5bd7d275b346582aa012b3dda16aefcdd05f8136a844518dc2759df72e5  ?? Huh

That's just all the payouts done shown in one weird transaction.
We've looked into it. Looks okay - But it seems to be displayed this way only on blockchain.info.

Nothing to worry about - everyone has been paid.
