Wow, so it ended a lot sooner than I thought. What was the final numbers? The last time I checked it was more than $10 million worth of ETH but I can't recall what price that was or how many ETH. Ether has dropped in price since.

Current with pre-seed is 1.2 k ETH, and looks like there is also a quick round ending in 3 minutes with 0.13 ETH in the pot.

Always curious to see how people performed in this type of new smart contract gambling game.

Tried to find that Round 1 history but i cant find the exact number of ETH or pot and now they are in round 2 having an active Pot of 6,746.22 ETH which is really huge.
I didnt even expect that the 1st round already ended because on these kind of games this will push you through your limits  Grin

Yeah, this is why I still stay away from all these games. I haven't tried all the smart contract ones but similar games where there is a timer and you refresh the timer by betting more into it. I used to think ok if I have a big balance I can trick people, so I won a few but it dragged me in and I lost everything because a whale was waiting to trick me.

I also didn't think Round 1 would end so quickly. Guess the devs are now enjoying to the limits!

Im not in doubt about the fairness or the distribution of funds or winnings yet these are based on smart contract which you can assure that this is indeed fair but the main issue i do see on these kind of games is the duration itself. If you are a whale then this game might be for you but if not then its better not to risk out but i cant deny this game is indeed unique.

I herd some buzz around this game around the forum, so I checked it out.  I ended up getting their divident tokens, I got 1.3 P3D (around 12 usd).  I wanted to get a key, but I'm new to metamask transaction, and the default is like 2 bucks fee, so I lowered the gas and it cost me 50 cents, but I don't really wanna pay that much for one key, since I just wanted to try it out, so I went for the tokens.  I'll share my experience if anything comes out of them long term.

https://news.bitcoin.com/someone-wins-3-million-jackpot-in-ethereum-ponzi-fomo3d/

This is what I can get for you guys. I do not know how this thing can be ended, seems like there is not really much players anyway may be it can be ended faster, but when it comes to many players, I do not think that it can be done easily. Their funds of course is safe because of the smart contract but the game is pretty hard to win of course when it comes to more players as well

Anyway it does said this game is a ponzi so play with your own risk

This is a ponzi for sure, but the difference is that it was completely transparent about it, and completely fair about distribution (if you believe the smart contract). I personally do not know how to verify it but I'm pretty sure a lot of others must have tried.

It was for sure not many players, because I kept seeing the same names changing hands and buying keys. For sure these were all whales. I'm actually quite surprised they didn't just keep it going to get more new money in.

How did you get dividend token if you never paid for the key? You can just buy the tokens?

When you go to the site, there are three options on the top, quick, long con, and dividents.  I purchased P3D from dividents section.

I'm not a fan of Crypto lottey. I think it's a real waste of time. Online lotteries as such seem made up. All they're doing is gaining traffic  to the page and earning extra coins. While most likely being the ones randomly winning became the winners.

Actually this game is over. I do not have time to invest because it's late. However, it has also been shown that there are positive trends. Especially for those who grasp the opportunity.

If there is no provably fair system on their game hoe can there is so many people playing there? Last time I checked on their players and they have like around 300-400 players online. For a new site to have this many online it seems many people brlieve on their game

Btw is it possible that a smart contract bankroll cant be withdraw by the admin? I know smart contract is based on eth blockchain so it is really transparant but if they can suddenly withdraw it, I think no one can really get the payout after betting with such a huge amount

I don't know why people even consider participating in this
the chances to win are close to zero (thats even if the game is legit which I doubt)
typical greed based ponzi style game which is now in abundance, but this one managed to get 3+ mil worth of ether somehow
to me its just an elaborate scam with the creators able to take the win this way or another while the rest simply donate their eth for nothing
find a better way to spend your crypta, please

It's not an elaborate scam. I do agree there are some ethical issues here but only because they've named this exit scam and FOMO, but there is a clear winner and it's all smart contract so if you believe you have the bags of money to risk, and pit yourself against other big bags of money, it's essentially a gambling game.

And if you don't want to gamble on winning but gamble on the greed of others, then you purchase the option of sharing dividends, as player above demonstrated by buying the "dividend" tokens.

I have an update on the dividend tokens, I sent 0.045 and got 0.0361 ether worth of tokens (there is 10% loss and there are dividends from token sold after that)  Until today the dividends showed zero, but today I logged in, and it wasn't 0 anymore!

Not much, but kinda cool.  Sent the payment on 24th, so it's been 4 days.

If this is legit then the chance is depends on how much money and luck you are because the last one that buy the key is going to win. Of course you are compete with every single players around the world so you assume this has a zero chance but in the end there is a winner which won huge amount of eth. But do not really believe what was happened anyway since there is no clarification about this game either

so,basically you sent 0.045 eth , got 0.0361 ether worth of tokens and 0.0001 eth of dividends in four days
if we multiply four days by 8, we will get the approximate monthly dividends at 0.001 eth ?
I do not see the point of the investment, really to return your money you will have to wait 10 months or so
am I missing something?

I have an update on the dividend tokens, I sent 0.045 and got 0.0361 ether worth of tokens (there is 10% loss and there are dividends from token sold after that)  Until today the dividends showed zero, but today I logged in, and it wasn't 0 anymore!
https://prnt.sc/knvb5l
Not much, but kinda cool.  Sent the payment on 24th, so it's been 4 days.

so,basically you sent 0.045 eth , got 0.0361 ether worth of tokens and 0.0001 eth of dividends in four days
if we multiply four days by 8, we will get the approxiamte monthly dividends at 0.001 eth ?
I do not see the point of the investment, really to return your money you will have to wait 10 months or so
am I missing something?

Well, that's why I'm testing it, and sharing it with people so they have an idea of what it's like.   The four day gain probably shouldn't be multiplied by anything, this is not like a fixed amount where you wait four days and get it.  I think it depends on the volume, because the 10% tax is split among the coin holders.  I'll loose my twelve buck so beat it, but its an interesting experiment.

Thanks to earnadoge for sharing that information. I wonder if investing in the dividend tokens early or late has a difference, as in, do you earn a share of dividends from the point onwards of investing or do you only get it once the round is over? I assume it is based on regular distribution of the pot, in which case if you get in early and people start playing more you earn more?

Strange results, but yes, experimenting with smart contracts and gambling is interesting. I guess I can conclude at least now if you don't have that much Ether, better not to play!

why is it strange ? the project is not designed for you to become richer I don't know why you guys even consider playing this or investing in it
besides the obvious ponzi scheme type, it gives the creators advantages in terms of potentially fixing the end result
or extending the timers or many other ways to rig the game, despite all the contracts thingy
and if we say it is absolutely fair ,you have to spend ridiculous amounts of both time and money to be able to win
you would have to run some sort of a bot or stay up 24 hours a day
