It means, if someone is not sure if he's interested to buy IPO shares, then he shouldn't send any funds to our escrow.

Example.

I sent X btc today. Then I come tomorrow or any other time and I ask for my bitcoins back, then I wont get them back. I'd get H2O coins.

You can send your funds to our private wallet, which will be transparent.

As I've mentioned earlier, we needed a escrow, just to prove to people that we're not making a scam attempt. Lately, a lot of scam attempts have been out there. People from my team ( including me ) have lost BTC in 1 scam IPO. Wont mention the name, since everyone knows which coin is that.
