On August 21st, Andrew Stone, lead developer of Bitcoin Unlimited, wrote a proposal outlining the upcoming hard drive strategy for November. Stone explained that two different full-node clients and Bitcoin Unlimited (BU) plans to implement two changesets to achieve consensus changes between the two organizations, allowing participants to use the BU voting feature.
