My favortite resort was at Cayo Coco (Cuba) the name of the resort is pullman...Kind of expensive but worth the cost! Best drinks and best employees. I really liked my journey from there. And it rained only 1 hour.

You will be surprised but Albania is pretty cool place for vacation. The country is cheap enough comparing for example with Greece and still very suitable for leisure.
