Meanwhile, Ukrainian army shows clear signs of breakup along the ethnic lines and big humanitarian crises is ongoing with almost 700.000 Ukrainian citizens (mostly ethnic Russians) escaping into the Russia in last month.

Can we have a boxing ring where Putin and Obama can fight with each other so that we can code in peace ?

Russian troops offer peace keeping for russian language popolation, against "Government of Victory", that is not legitimate at power in Kiev.
