Kharkiv pact extends the duration of fleet agreements to 2042. It's not a single document, there are many agreements signed between 1991 and 2000. Crimea already declared independence at 5 May 1992. It even had own president elected at 4 February 1994... |

70-80% Well maybe 96% is too far fetched but 90% is possible. Lots of people will be too afraid to go to vote against so that;s why I'm backing such number. If there would be no pressure from either side I would have expected something like your numbers. |
