Recover my hacked account

Hi all,

A couple months back, I received an email from bct noting that someone changed email in my original account. I quickly confirmed that my password was changed as well. I had no choice but chose to lock my account to prevent further losses.

Now I would like to recover the old account, which currently points to an email that does not belong to me. Nor do I have the password to it. In addition, I don't recall I have set recovery questions.

Any help is appreciated.

Move it there now or when you get access to the address and sign a message that would be the proof of the account being yours.
