According to some blog post a few hours ago it was released just today so my guess they have stock, but when I check it on shop.bitmain.com I don't find the s9 Hydro Miner so I think their priority is to distribute it first to nearby customers before they distribute it globally.

Apparently; sound level is 45 dBA at 25 degrees Celsius.  Water pipes are 8mm ID and 12mm OD.  Just run a heat exchanger through the wall and no more heat indoors.  I'm running entirely in a data center so no need for something like this.  With a high power PSU, proper ventilation, and Taserz's firmware you can get 18tH/s+ reliably on an S9i for less than 1/2 the cost of this miner; it will radiate heat and make noise though.
