Yes the coin is 100% premined but there is no evidence the Dev owns all the coins and from watching what happened on C-cex it's pretty clear this is not the case.  There is no evidence that it is only one person behind the coin, as is implied here.
Nothing wrong with being cautious but at the moment all we have is a witch hunt without any evidence WRT to the points I mentioned.

As I understand it, those who worked on the project were paid in Dinarcoins. So they have some which they are selling now. Though they aren't getting much for them at the moment.
