Faircoin aims to be the first project where the coins are not bought but rather distributed equally between everyone who wants them
regardless of current financial status, and promotes equality.

The distribution
The distribution is finished and all the count have been sent out, excluding a few invalid addresses which we'll be looking into.
If you didn't receive your coins, please send us your token and address (or at least 1 of them) in a private message,

A short statement regarding NXT-E:

We have no idea what they are doing.
Their statements don't make much sense to us, and we don't know if they have updated their wallet and if they are even synced with the network.
we have donated 0.4 BTC to poloniex after their loss, and we are happy to do this for NXT-E too if they intend to really resolve the issue.
However, as things stand they are not communicating with us and blaming us for everything, and we don't see a point in donating to them if that money is not going towards the users.

We warn you not to deposit or buy FAC in nxt-e
If they don't sync with the main chain, you are losing your money forever, period.

We are sorry you all lost money, and if there is anything more we could, we would do it.
we have been working really really hard and investing a lot of time and effort and lack of sleep into this.
please understand we can't do anything else, we can't force them to do anything and we don't have any of your coins.

put a public ledger, a block explorer and distribute them quickly so 99% are all gone with in a few days before chances of them being dumped by the dev on the exchanges.

Then it could be pretty good.

There is a reason that people don't distribute this way and its not because they don't want to be fair. Its because ppl will game the system and get more than their fair share.

The fairest system yet is "Scrypt Based Mining".

If you can do something like Auroracoin and link each person to an id system that cant be gamed then this might work and may even become the dominant means of distribution in some systems. I applaud your mountain moving endeavor.
