in blocks page at emc2.suprnova.cc pool i'm seeing solved blocks but for some blocks there is no payment for me in transactions page
i hardly have 0.2% rejects in cgminer
is it normal or they are stealing my coins?

They have to be confirmed before they will be payed out

You should see some unconfirmed balance at your account page
