Isn’t, reddit dissallowing promotions advertising on cryptocurrency ?

They did ban cryptocurrencies ads. But what OP wants people to advertise with posts/comments/discussion and not Reddit itself. Crypto related subreddits are allowed.

I think the request to find Reddit specialist, does not necessarily need a spammer. A good quality post attracts interest to the company and that does not mean they will be copy pasting trash. Comment and post upvoting goes hand in hand with a good marketing strategy and quality content

I think that's why they are looking for a specialist, not a multi-account, which would spam everything around. Thus, the project can become popular in a negative sense. If I used such services, I could recommend someone, but I know in this sphere only upvotes.io

As far as I know this is very effective, if subreddit where you publicate news is very large and has many publications. Upvotes.io can help you stand out from the crowd

I do not agree with you. Of course, thinking about the content of the post is needed first. But with this approach, it will not be possible to stand out among "viral posts". The main thing is to know where to buy upvotes, and where not.
