Yes we are aware that we have to build a very strong infrastructure and to choose best compression curve (will depend on the initial streaming network and upload power).

We don't have yet a solution but we are going to hire stream & compression specialist.

agree BUT ...
dont forget they just want to create a plateform about AMATEUR soccer, it means small towns , i.e. small audience ... so ok a lot lot lot of matchs will be streamed but i dont think it will be watched by thousand and thousand people so the network speed is not really a problem ...
