Can anyone recommend any angel investors or individuals willing to offer a crypto loan to help fund a project? This can be multiple loans. I'm seeking all amounts. A 2x -3x return is possible. Full details of the project can be disclosed. If anyone is able, please let me know.

Take your car to a caryard or a used car seller near to you. You can also go to a pawn shop. Get the money that they will offer you, buy BTC and do whatever you want to do.
Repay as you say that you will and get back your car. You don't need a loan. Cool

The maximum amount your car would be sold for is (According to https://www.cargurus.com/Cars/l-Used-2012-Nissan-Altima-c22935#listing=216564660): $8000. I don't know what condition your card is in but let's assume you somehow get around $20k for the car that is about 3BTC? Is that amount enough to fund your project? Anway, considering the collateral terms, you'd get around 1.5BTC if you fulfill the 120% criteria. Bitcointalk isn't the right place for you bud, visit your local dealer as suggested above.
