Did you, people who call bounty hunting a hard job, ever had a real job? I think not.

Try running an office, be an accountant or a translator full time and you'll see what real work is like. Bounties are like a part time job for a student.

Low quality bounty hunting is exactly what you say, I agree. I would only like to add that creating a high quality video as a promo material for a project can be considered a real thing, but not a lot of bounty hunters do that to be honest.

I encountered some of them here and there though.

This is actually not so difficult. All videos of this type use template free and purchased on stock sites, as well as ready-made materials that the project itself provides.
In fact, all that a bounty hunter needs to do is to deeply study the project in order to understand what he will talk about and collect a single video series.
But most are not capable of even doing this by creating a bunch of typical useless video “screen recordings”, but they eat up part of the pool for those who really spent their time and energy.

Exactly what I said in a lot less words Cheesy

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

I saw members doing a 50 or more bounty here on bitcointalk I commend them for managing that number of bounty, Especially if you join a task on twitter and facebook it is a daily or weekly task. Way back on the year 2017-2018 I guess I join max 10 to 15 bounties I put the details on notepad and sometimes on excel or spreadsheet that is the way I manage to complete and not forget each project. But I guess its better to go for hard tasks like blogging, translations because it is a one time task and often got big rewards. Also, for most bounties signature has a much better allocation.

I don't join many bounties, sometimes when I get time I join. If you are joining the real program then obviously we will get your reward. But nowadays many of the bounty programs don't pay a single token.
And also remember, even they will pay your rewards, some of those tokens are still don't have worth for the meantime or even in the future.
A lot of them are just trash and will turn into a scam especially on bear markets, so always beware on those such of bounties where you will just waste your time.
Yeah, I did a bunch of bounties way back 2017-2018 surely some of it was worth it and give a good reward but a lot of it was trash the token don't even reach the market as the lazy developers or team not even trying. Then after a lot of promises from the developer will be gone.

These days I think around 90% of the bounties are already trash and will be a dead token after the bounty and for sure you are not going to be paid.

Even the percentage can exceed what you say. I am sure there are enough tokens of bounty in the bounty hunters purse which are worthless junk. Sad, those who do a good job but they do not get the appropriate results.

Being a bounty hunter should not be a priority, although there are some legitimate bounty, the results may not be as expected when tokens are released in exchange. In essence, anyone is not forced to be a bounty hunter but considering not continuing to work without results is a good thing.
