Since this is an open source project, once the major components are finished, our hope is that we would gradually fade out, while new contributors from the community come in.

This is very positive news, but for this to happen the project should become popular and with this big problems now. Only the top projects can be planned for volunteers who will write the code and fix it in other projects, people will only go for the money.
