lost information about my bitcoins

I've bought bitcoins a long time ago.

My laptop crashed and now i do'nt know what to do.
I've the seed, but where can i find mine account?

If you have the seed, you should be fine. Just try to restore your wallet in the software you were using. Possibly Electrum since you mentioned your laptop?
