Single boards could be send in an envelop but the risk of damage is too high imho.

An alternative is economy package shipping without track & trace. Have a look at this brochure(in Dutch, but tables are easy to understand) http://www.postnl.nl/Images/Tarievenmap-augustus-2014-PostNL_tcm10-17455.pdf.
Start by going to page 28 to figure out which area your country is (EUR1, EUR2, EUR3).
Then go to page 6, first table and find the rate for your zone.
For now an estimate: A DIY is around 50gr, a DIY0 is 100gr, a DIY1 is 500gr and a DIY2 is 750gr.
I will check these weights later today.

An example: 1 DIY1 + 2 DIY2(in total 2000gr, 2kg) to Norway(zone EUR3), no track & trace: €12.00

Economy shipment is also without insurance, so the risk is yours.

You might want to order more than 2 DIY2, to lower the relative transport cost per DIY2.
Each additional DIY2 will be another ~ €5 in transport cost.
