What is Bitesports?

Bitesports is a new eSport betting site with Bitcoins. The service we provide is the possibility to bet on competitive level eSport games and to follow the games trough live streams.

How the betting works?

The betting is not based on given rates or odds but based on player versus player betting. What this means is that the betting is based on parimutuel betting, meaning that the winnings are decided by the size of the prize pool that is generated by the participants in the betting event.

First version of the site

The site is ready for use already but we have lots of new features coming in the future. Some of the ideas are:

Search functionality
Progressive house fee on bets
Calender view for better tracking events and matches
Mobile application for all possible platforms
2 factor authentication
Notification system for results etc.
Watch list for tracking specific teams matches etc.
More games that are active on competitive level

But we are open for more ideas and features you might have on your mind so by this please do not hold back on the feedback!

Our goal is to indeed to bring out the aspect of betting based on knowledge and not pure dice rolling luck. We also want to create a community around this and because of this the player versus player system is used to bring up more discussions and different kind of involvement.

This is a good question, how do we differentiate from the few competitors out there. But lets take nitrogensports for now.

First of all our site has a different approach into the matter of betting. Nitrogen offers given rates and odds for few leagues and games and we have a player versus players setup. Our site offers possibility to bet on much more leagues and wider range of possibilities but with a focus solely on eSports. You can follow the games live trough streams if you are interested in the actual game and not only into betting.

Our aim is to create a community feeling into betting and create discussions around the games, not only offer buttons to push and hope for the best.

So in short, we are focused purely on eSport and are not interested in cricket

We have been adding more events into the system and more options to bet on. Our current selection on games is set to Dota2, League of Legends and starcraft 2 for the time being as other games are low on activity at the moment.
