You won't find any concrete evidence. OP posted how he thinks about automated bounty platforms so it should go down in Altcoins Discussion or in Marketplace (Altcoins).

0 transparency doesn't means they are scamming but gives them the chance to manipulate calculations for their own benefit (which is hard to prove unless you have the sheet) . You cannot determine that it is also the sole result of failed ICO . I don't like automated bounty portals much but yes I do agree that use of such should be avoided.

Joining or using bounty portals wasn't that effecient; scripts used for calculations always have their loopholes.
Hard to prove scammy behaviors without having access to sheets but this can be handled by ICO team. As there is no public sheets, there is no transparency as well.

Why you are using them if they are scammy,most of the people still uses bounty platforms to join on the bounties because they believe that it can filter good bounties to them but sad truth is most of them given by them also turns into scam so if you are joining them do at your own risk they are doing this just for money as like you.
