To well motivate myself, I start studying the project in more detail and carefully re-read the white paper, I sometimes search for the chat of this asset to talk with people like me holding this coin. I also follow the news and what the developers are doing at this point in time.

I think the gospel of holding comes into play simply because most of us have fall as victims before. Just imagine you getting 10 times the amount you had if you had just waited for a week or two  Smiley. But holding comes with it own merits and demerits.

According to statistics, the person holding the coins earns more than the one who constantly trades this or that asset. I'm an economist and I trust statistics.

The main thing that the statistics were true. And so I agree that the retention brings profit much more than trade.

Information technology is developing very quickly, and the technology of blockchain is a revolutionary technology that can bring many benefits. I think that the crypto-currencies will gradually enter the everyday life of people and take part in it, they will become more popular and accordingly grow in price.

I think to be able to hold the long-term crypto, you should learn and choose for yourself tokens, potential and promising coin will grow, so you will rest assured.

The best way is to go to work, forget that you are holding the crypto. Then a return time will get unexpected results. Good luck !

As you see. The market is always volatile. I can call this the crisis. the coin serious devaluation. It will make people hold a serious loss, but at the same time open up opportunities for new people. Because of low prices they can buy and hold coin. However, you should know before coin hold. good luck

Last year I also held a lot of coins, but for a time the crypto downtrend and I was panicked selling his coins. Unfortunately, after I finished selling, the Uptrend and BTC markets reached $ 20k. This is a great lesson for those who are holding.

of course now we understand that to sell their savings toga in January and buy now in September, the coins again would be the most correct solution. Many people could not know that the market behaves exactly like this and many remained true to their plan to keep coins in long-term

We all know about the volatility of the crypto market, but somehow we still preach about the Hodl doctrine. What keeps you motivated to do so? and what sort of trust do you have in cryptocurrencies?

Investors like us are into predictions and discussions, but are we close to accuracy?

Whenever I see the price of the coins going down as well as the market not doing so well, I just look back in past years and those people who had the same question and chose to hold. They now have a lot of money because of holding. So, I am really inspired by that. I stick to what I believe, so that I don't have regrets in the end.

It seems to me that for the majority of investors the main goal is to earn further on the account of successful long-term investments and gradually to earn thanks to a rise in price of the selected coins. In any case, I always carefully choose a project for investment - so that it develops, helps the society and provides income for me.

It remembered me the 2013 crash. The price of bitcoin was crashed around $60 from $250 overnight which is one of the biggest crash in bitcoin's history by terms of percentage. Can you even imagine what was the situation of those guys who were holding a lot? A true legend can hold at such situation and get the potential profit. It's the only thing which inspires me to HODL.

Though this shouldn't be construed as lack of trust in crypto in general. I have a lot of trust but this trust is directed more toward the concept itself rather than a certain coin. So at first glance it looks a little bit schizophrenic like honestly preaching mutually exclusive things at the same time while in reality it is a sane approach as I come to think.

It seems to me that most people, when buying specific coins, think like long-term investors. After all, they in any case expect to earn money, although they can talk about different things. Of course, it's nice to help society and a promising project, but the main goal of investments is to get income.

The main motivational factor for me now is the certainty that the market will gradually recover. Indeed, now prices have dropped significantly, but I believe that they have practically reached their minimum. Since the beginning of next year, prices should recover, investors will be able to receive income.

I believe that the cryptocurrency will strongly grow in price soon. It forces me to hold and not to sell all my tokens.
