Anyone know the page for translating the bitcoin.org website?

I asked sirius about this on IRC awhile ago and stupidly didn't bookmark the link he gave me. It was a wiki like page that could be edited with new translations, and had all of the existing translations as well. I dug through the wiki and couldn't find it, and some forum searching failed as well.

Does anyone know what I'm talking about and have the link? I've got a Korean translator lined up and I want to send her what she needs so I can get a quote and to find out if it's too technical for her.
