At the moment, I don't think we can reach the bull market in a short time possible, though it is the last quarter of the year, the market cap and value of the cryptocurrencies still doesn't show some positivity.

I actually think that funds will play an important role in increasing the value of cryptocurrency, but the risk will also be the same as now, where in 2017 the value of most crypto increases greatly because of the large amount of funds coming in (new investors) and negative impacts seen when the value slowly falls in this year. Even though on the other hand you are right we need users who are addicted to technology projects that are made using systems or blockchain technology.
