Need dedicated PHP/JS programmer for doge start up

I have a doge website that needs completion its basically already done. All the hard work. I just need someone who is dedicated because all the programmers ive ever worked with delay and delay forever.
You need to understand the dogeapi and you need to have free time cant be occupied 24/7. After the project is finished theres still much more things to do for the website to add to it. I need someone to sustain the website.
