The title says it all, I don't want to pay a 10% premium and I don't want to go through an exchange; I know there is a BTC atm in Montreal but I believe there is a 8% premium

Is someone selling without a premium?

Creating a Bitcoin client that fully implements the network protocol is extremely difficult. Bitcoin-Qt is the only known safe implementation of a full node. Some other projects attempt to compete, but it is not recommended to use such software for anything serious. (Lightweight clients like Electrum and MultiBit are OK.)

I registered, let's test you Smiley

I was afraid it would take a long time to get verified but it is always the best deal to go through an exchange (except when you keep a lot of money on it and it closes)

I will send a small amount of $ to test them within a few days, there are usually no bids or asks on the website so it must be tricky to buy or sell, I just looked at the trading page and there is one big for 590CAD/BTC so massively underpriced
