I found suspicious transactions that I suspect this action was taken to manipulate the price of UBEX tokens in Exchange.

That is called market making, every hyped project and/or exchange does that. In reality, for most of the exchanges, only 5 to 10% of trades are genuine.

There are some places without market making though, cryptagio.com being one of the centralized exchanges, but you can call any DEX, because nobody does market making there.
