Update (2018-09-18): We are going to hold new product release even and officially release our 12nm ASIC miner on October in Shenzhen, China. Please keep on following us. This is interesting, we know that Pandaminer is a legit GPU miner manufacturer. I will keep following this, would like to see some more details. Yes, we were a legit GPU mining company for manufacturing series of GPU miners. And now, we are also trying our best to expand our business on ASIC miners, based on our R&D, market and supplier resources. |

Hi, The product problem like catching the fire as you said may be caused by quality problem or power supply. A very small number of our initial products were faced with the problem at last year and after that we have updated the product and power supply. Then we can promise that there are no relevant complaints about it. I'm not exactly a YouTuber person, but I always try to make really thorough reviews for the miners, and I have received a lot of positive feedback by doing so. More of a nudge/suggestion. Going off what they're asking for their GPU miners I hope they follow a different pricing model. |

More of a nudge/suggestion. Going off what they're asking for their GPU miners I hope they follow a different pricing model. Believe me, our price will be competitive. |

Honoring warranty claims would also be a respectable thing to do. |
