Hello. Recently i have discovered github project https://github.com/NickRHill/zh-nomp. I'm interested in how difficult  it is to open new mining pool. Which template is better to use for mining pool? How can I attract new miners to my mining pool?

From the github project you are quoting, your pool is for the ZHash algo, which is a new algorithm that aims to make Equihash ASIC resistant.

Therefore, I suggest to you to move this thread to this board:
