What to support our vision?

Product side: TDO

Being classified as security token, Alchemy token (AFI) is an asset-based token which represents partial ownership of the TDO (Tokenized Debt Obligations). Tokenized Debt Obligations (TDO) possess a similar concept of Collateralized Debt Obligation (CDO), which is a financial product that is consist of collective loans from Alchemy’s P2P platform.

Borrower side: AI risk evaluation

Alchemy’s Proprietary Credit Risk Analysis Tools (PCRAT) using AI technology will precisely evaluate risk of a debt, providing sound valuation of the borrowers based on different factors, including, but not limited to their income, current debt to asset ratio, geographical risk factors, and default probability risks.

Lender’s side: Security token

Using AI as risk management, TDO will outperform the prevailing CDO with more accurate method of evaluating risks of certain borrowers, certain loans, even certain combinations of loans under specific circumstances. This frees the investors from the uncertainty of future income, thus creating a more credible way of peer-to-peer lending. Furthermore, being asset-based not only enables the token to have intrinsic value, but also benefits the token holders by issuing dividends every quarter.
