Unlike traditional banking where clients have only a few account numbers, with Bitcoin people can create an unlimited number of accounts (addresses). This can be used to easily track payments, and it improves anonymity.

He's currently using I.Goldstein, and prior to that, Ragmar. He probably already has another sock on the go as we speak.

If you can't tell who Atlas is just by reading his posts, you're doing something wrong. Also, last I checked 'Ragnar' and 'I. Goldstien'. He's like the Wile E. Coyote of the forums, planting ridiculously poorly thought out threads from ideas that he purchased through an anarchist mail-order catalog that are supposedly intended to stop the powers that be, but always backfire and mutilate him, leaving him flopping around like a human accordian begging for attention and more supplies. I noticed you refrained from using the word acme--the culminating point, as of achievement or excellence--while referencing anoetic threads penned by the Changeling-who-wears-no-clothes.

Unremorsefully he did so.

Why? What's the point? He's not even the most obnoxious, socially inept troll on here.
