Do you own the private key of the bitcoin address used in this txid which is posted in this post of selavy59? If you have its private key then try signing a message using that bitcoin address. You can follow this guide in order to sign a message. After doing so, follow the instructions in this thread to recover your hacked account. It might take a while but I hope you can recover it.

I wouldn't have too much hope looking at all the other threads requesting recovery of hacked accounts it looks like the admins gave up doing it many months ago.

I'd say forget about your account selavy59. Even though it's created in 2013 (which is nice), it's a Jr. Member with only 44 posts, and none of them look very special. Many high ranking accounts are waiting for recovery for up to a year, without any success.
You haven't used it in the last year, and you've locked it, so the hacker can't use it. That's why I suggest to just let it be and move on.

Unfortunately I do not. I think that transfer was directly from a mining pool.

Cannot the account address be simply reverted to the old email address? That was the account from which I locked this account.

No, an email address can be hacked too. Even with a signed message it's highly unlikely to happen any time soon.

I would just ignore it but unfortunately it's the only proof I have of being an original investor in NEM. Something the taxman might be interested in.
