Middlecoin vs Clevermining vs Wafflepool vs Coinsolver vs Trademybit vs Hashcows vs Ultimatecoinpool vs Megamultipool
Tomorrow morning I'll start a profit challenge between these pools. I've created a wallet for each pool and I'll point all my rigs at all pools with sgminer and the balance option. I currently only got 4500/kH but maybe my new rig will go online this week with additional 900/kH.
I'll post each days payouts in this thread. Any other pools i should include? Is sgminers balance feature a good way to do this? How long do you think should i do this? 1 week, 2 weeks, maybe 3? The first 2 days will not count in the final result because I'm already mining at some of the pools and i don't want to create new accounts for them.

According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in
Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it
will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)

Sounds like an interesting experiment Yes! In the past i i traded all the coins i mined on cryptsy by myself. Most of the time way above the current market price. But i since there are so many altcoins out there right now i can't say which one is garbage and which one will be "pumped" or will make it in the long run. So i decided to directly convert every coin to BTC and for this I want to know which auto profit pools are the best. My guess is hashcows, wafflepool and ... we will see

Unfortunately my hashrate (5200 Kh/s) is too low for the test i originally planned. I'm now testing the 4-5 pools that produced the most bitcoins in the first run. I will not provide any statistics yet, just give you my personal Top Auto-Profit Pools for this week.
1. Trademybit 2. Clevermining 3. Wafflepool 4. Hashcows 5. Ultimatecoinpool 6. Middlecoin 7. Coinshift 8. Megamultipool 9. Coinsolver

Load balancing is just a waiting connection to all pools in your pool list. Work is then round robin rotation based on pool work quota, meaning each pool simply takes a turn. But there are also other factors in the work quotas, a disconnect will reset the pools quota, and I believe it adjusts quota based on rejects too.
I used to run load balancing between two servers and it was never 50/50, even over a long period. If you want to measure pools correctly, the load balancing isn't going to work. You'll have to setup a separate cgminer instance for each pool, preferably with identical performing card for each pool.

That is why i use balance not load-balance.

I am also looking forward to the results of this experiment . I never got much profit mining from multipools.
