Best thing to do would be to research and find new coins wherever you can (bitcoin forums, reddit, crypto news websites, etc.). Other than that, you could also take a look at online profitability calculators like whattomine.com. Although, many will tell you that when a coins gets listed on calculators, it is already too late because too many people will already be mining it.

Best would be to research and find coins before they become known to many.

Hi,

you should use a sophisticated mining script like RainbowMiner https://github.com/rainbowminer/RainbowMiner
The program tracks most current mining algorithm and coins and switches automatically from one to the other. It even calculates your energy costs into the profitability.

Mining Zcash with 1070 is no longer profitable and I think it would be hard to find which coin actually gives you profit in the future because there are times that the other coins are increasing it's value if you know how to hold it for a long you can gain a good profit.

Anyway, there are some tools that you may know what coins has higher profitability these days.

I recommend this 2 site that you can use which coin is the best to mine for now.

1.) http://whattomine.com
2.) https://coincalculators.io
