Description: Coincraft ASIC desk miner, by BITMINE (Switzerland), 1 TH/s new generation, 28 nm technology (paid pre-order)
Starting bid: 4300 Euro (or daily $ equiv., $5943 today) (includes $79 what I already paid for delivery in EU), or 11 BTC (+ possible customs charges/VAT)
Buy it now: 4500 Euro (or $equiv.), or 11.5 BTC (+ customs charges/VAT)
End date and time: 9-March-2014
Payment methods accepted: Bank transfer (preferred), possibly PayPal, BTC
Additional information:
Coincraft ASIC bitcoin desk miner, made by BITMINE (Switzerland), preordered (Nov 2013) and paid (see the order; order number is blurred for security reasons). Planned delivery: February 2014, week 1. Delivery was delayed but around Feb 18 they started deliveries of miners to customers. In an email from the manufacturer (see below, in blue) I was informed that the delivery will take place in mid-March. Currenty production and deliveries are in full swing. This miner is one of the first ones (if not the first) of the 2nd generation of ASIC miners in the world that are actualy manufactured and tested.

Due to the changed personal circumstances, I will not be able to run the miner at home as planned, so am selling it practically for what I paid in Euros. (Actually I have ordered two miners but the second one I will be running at a friend's place. However if price is right I may consider to sell it as well.) The buyer becomes the owner of the paid preorder queue. There are two options: (a) I instruct Bitmine to change the ownership, delivery address to the address of the buyer, and the email address to yours - so you will receive the miner at your own address directly from the factory, or (b) the miner can be sent to you (at your cost) the next day after I receive it from Switzerland (e.g. by DHL or UPS) (option b will be more expensive for you and longer). Miner can be also picked up when 1) I receive it in The Netherlands, or 2) in Camorino, Switzerland at the factory (this last option may result in only 8% VAT) (see email below). The manufacturer demonstrated the working machines, delivery started, so in my view the risk is minimum. If you really decide to buy, email me and we can discuss the details e.g. on Skype. Sorry, no transfer of ownership or shipping before full payment received. No returns and all sales are final (guarantee is with the manufacturer Bitmine AG), so serious buyers only please.

Other details. Manufacturer's address: Bitmine AG, Centro la Monda 2, 6528, Camorino, Switzerland. Location: https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Centro+la+Monda+2,+6528,+Camorino,+Switzerland&ll=46.1659,8.994069&spn=0.005959,0.013722&sll=51.999535,4.363698&sspn=0.169521,0.43911&t=h&hnear=Centro+ala+Monda+2,+6528+Camorino,+Ticino,+Switzerland&z=17. Interesting that you can see also two data (mining?) centers at the same address (buildings with the rows of cooling ventilators).
More on this miner: http://bitmine.ch/?page_id=893 (my miner has 5 boards, so 1 TH/s). This is how to set the miner up: http://bitmine.ch/?page_id=5284
You can also call the manufacturer yourself (+41-91-290-90-99) (check the time of availability, I think it is from 10 to 12 and from 14 to 16).

The manufacturer publihsed the video of the working miner being deliered now (February 12, 2014) showing the hashrate of 1.008 TH/s, and power consumption of 1059 W (which is quite efficient). It was mentioned that production capacity has been considerably increased to cope with the delay in development and testing (so this gives a good hope that delivery will be soon):

Hi Mr. XXXXX,
If you select to pick up the device from us in Switzerland you will need to pay to us the 8% which is the Swiss VAT.
When you arrive to your home customs you will have to declare the products that you are importing and you will have to send us the documentation from the customs stamped in order to receive the 8% that you have paid to us back. Of course that means that you will have to pay then the VAT of your country.
I will be estimating that the orders will be ready for shipping in the mid March.
Though as soon as I have more information I will communicate them to you. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Thanks
for your interests in our products. Danke für Ihr Interesse an unseren Produkten.

Even in the event that an attacker gains more than 50% of the network's computational power, only transactions sent by the attacker could be reversed or double-spent. The network would not be destroyed.

Your starting bid and buy it now are only 200 euro difference. Seems kinda small.

I see no logic to make a large difference; I would be happy if someone buys it immediately for 3500. Delivery date is close and simply will not find space to run it - that's why this sale.

The asked price is very close to the manufacture's list price for this miner - which is right now for April (which will be May earliest) delivery. (However I would appreciate if you would give me a ref to these Ant miners for 6 btc - I may reconsider the asked price.)

BclJunckie, thanks for the link. However I still think the price is right: I offer one device instead of 6, 50% less power consumtion, and it can be also overclocked to 1.2 TH/s or even more (there are reports that people do it easily). But if there would be a serious reasonable offer, I will consider it. So please do not wait for too long.
