Hosting conditions are 5% income + 0.07usd/kwh
Equipement is a little less than 2 years old

1. we define a price and get an escrow
2a. if you want it hosted, you get the TV access and check all is right
2b. if you want is shipped you wait to receive and assemble it
3. if all is well escrow is released and the deal is done
PS : hosting is done in a 3mw facility by professionals, not by myself
