You are right. But we cannot just sit tight in the bull phase. We have to be more careful and aware before investing on ICOs. Everyone should check the project properly before involving in any investment.

Yeah it’s true. Nowadays there are many scams in ICO projects. There should be more restriction for releasing ICO projects to make the creators of these projects more serious and reduce scamming. And obviously people should more careful.

That is true, it did happen last year during the heavy bull run, a lot of scam ICO proliferated the market, because people saw their money grew over night from the heavy bull run, they got generous with their fund and invested in anything at sight. I think people are wise now, I really doubt if they will greedily allow their emotions to dictate their investment during another bull run. Let's hope humans do learn lessons from history.

We have seen few scam ICOs.  I think during Bull phase when prices are rising every day; people are very much enthusiastic to invest in Alt coins by directly buying from the market and from the ICOs.  More and  more people then want to buy more and more coins because the price are rising day to day.
So as per my opinion the chances of cheating by scam ICOs are more while there is bull phase and the rising market.  So in a greed to become rich overnight, people sometimes buy such coins.  Even inexperienced people with greed; enter the market at those times; they become the easy target of such scams.
And during bear phase when the markets are falling; even good ICOs are finding it difficult to attract sufficient investors; so the chances of scam ICOs are low.
But I think we shall always be alert before investing; but more alert during rising market.

Definitely. The people will not analyze the ICO before they investing in a bull run market. They will make investments only looking for making some profits. That will be a good opportunity for scam ICOs. we need to prevent it.

Yes, I agree with your opinion. Most of the people think that they will become rich overnight by investing in crypto coins. They don’t check also properly before investing. So, the fake researchers can cheat them easily.

Yep I agree with you on that. Since during bullish market practically every assets has green light people become more fearless and enthusiastic to invest. At first if they are hoddlers of some valuable asset - the overall growth of price could encourage to buy more, before investing they already start dreaming about huge ROI their investment would potentially bring.

people will invest their money without doing research first since they don't want to lose that opportunity, this hype market is used by some projects to catch the Investors to buy their scam token. I think as an investor we must be aware of that situation and not take rash actions, make your own research before investing in a coin or project. I can't believe there is a service for creating a coin less than $100.

They are rushing the ico because the are thinking they can try to earn fast bucks from there. Alright and all of these scammers will think about that. But the hype in the bearish trend will be reduced a lot.
