Zurcoin's POW blockchain is indeed a vintage 2013 blockchain but POV is run off smart contracts! They are smart contracts which all funds sent are stored. The amount on deposit will always repay the holders of the proxy units an inflated sum after a period of time, sort of like cumulative interest leading to eventually enormous gains – across four smart contracts.

Yes you are 100% correct: the Fibonacci combined with the BTC price history for 8 years means that your chances of success and outperformance of the market are very, very high.
