If their feedback is fast and accurate, at least i can participate in easy bounty campaign and airdrop.

For me personally, the most that really attract me to cryptocurrency exchange is the security, and after that, the trading volume, Between those aspects can be switched. If low volume but greater security i will skip it, i prefer to choose one with a good volume even with a lower security level.

And also, KYC, it will be more good if KYC is only for them who always trading with a big amount like 1 BTC or more

i would say the user friendly interface.
theres a lot of crypto exchange that really give me hemorrhoids.
im not that techy when it comes to understanding how an exchange works.
but with some certain exchanges that is easy to understand and easy to use. i would go for it.
and secondly, if where is the bounty reward is listed i would go there though
