I think so. I mean common financial sense tells me that the more the dollar devalues the more bitcoin will go up. Considering we haven't had a big bull run yet, depending on the end of the 2018 fiscal year we can see what will happen however if the 2018 closes on a no-bull run and all we get is this 7k or max 8k than we can be sure that in 2019 can go up and have a bull run.

Bitcoin can go only so long without any bull run, people will eventually get back to bitcoin and if they do not do that in 2018 than we will see one in 2019. However if we finish 2018 with a good bull run and before 2019 it gets a big run than we may not see one in 2019 or at least in the early months just like what happened to 2018.

That is one thing we cannot know, and that is the future! As much as we want to be enthusiastic and optimistic about the price movement coming next year, we can only just end up assuming.
This is the reason why it makes a better sense to at least be well informed when it comes to trading knowledge in the market to know the steps to take at certain points in time so as not to miss out a whole lot in the long run. If you are investing in any space, be vast to be able to make a good decision which is what smart investors do rather than hoping on things we cannot know.

maybe I don't think that will happen because usually the conditions of this bitcoin price will experience a price increase when the end of the year and when there is good news that can trigger an increase in bitcoin prices, usually the beginning of the year will tend to fall.

Honestly, unless we get to see some great news in the market that would take the market to a very high level, I would definitely say that there is no way we might quickly start seeing a huge growth at the beginning of next year. However, it does not make sense anticipating for something you really cannot know how it would all fall in place, but one thing for sure is that there could be a possibility of bitcoin going up during the end of the year, and nothing much and then as we hit a new year, we might see the bears take their course and probably this is the time we would even end up seeing that bottom before a long consolidation.

Well honestly no one can predict what happen in bitcoin in the next year but if we look at this year , we will see that this year was a major bear market like it was back in 2015-16. And there is still a chance that we will end this year at low price.  So I am hoping that in 2019 we finally will get to see rise in Bitcoin price.

I do not know and no one knows nothing that what will happen in future but let me tell you that may be the same as start of this year but this is not a solid reason actually the reason is its demand. When the demand increases for it then its price also increases and in the beginning of 2019 this may happen. i think the price of bitcoin will rise sooner than the beginning of 2019, for specific is by the last 2 months of 2018, bitcoin will hit 10.000$ and rise even higher.

No one actually depicts the fact that it might rise sooner before we even get to 2019, but we also have to understand that this rise sooner is still subjected to how far it goes anyway which at the end of 2018 I really do not expect so much compared to what we had last year. We have huge resistances above us and it would take some pretty solid and market driving news to be able to take them out of the way to even be able to get as high as the previous ATH.

But, it is still all bleak at the moment, and whatever happens before the end of the year will determine what we should be expecting at the beginning of 2019.

Most likely will rise until the halving in May 2019. Then will drop, then several months after the halving will be huge I think.

I would agree with that. Well depends, if you are a trader, then you should base your analysis more on technique. If you are an investor/holder, then it's pretty good one to ask, but hard to answer.

Back to the topic, I think in 2019 we should see higher price than right now, but how much higher is hard to predict. Q1 2019 my guess is $20k+, what's yours?

We have very expectation in the month of November and December but we don't know about how long it is going to take but people have already expected the very high price for Bitcoin in this year only. Slowly market is coming to green and expecting so.
