Of course nobody can say that for sure but I will be voting for the bright and positive future for bitcoin and cryptocurrency in general, because this is still a good idea to use something like that.

I think OP's prediction maybe too advance for now regarding the btc market price in 2020. However,  I would  have to agree since btc had proven in the last Q4 of 2017 that it has the  capacity to reach unexpected heights and as per assumption this could somehow be achievable by then. Btc will  be more valuable than any other existing fiat and altcoins in the future.

We need to believe on this technology so we can see bitcoin on the bright spot in the future. There have been many predictions about bitcoin price in the future and some of them are ridiculously high and might never happen after all. The price of the bitcoin will continue to depend on market demand and the so called whales. I believe bitcoin can still go up beyond its recorded all-time high last year but nobody when will that happen. Every year bitcoin has a different kind of growth target so don't expect any growth that is similar to 2017.

The adaption will get bigger with time, of course during times like this last December there was a lot more people involved but after it drop we still have more people invested and interested in bitcoin than what it was before it like last summer.

Hence, we still have more people than what we started out, we need a lot more people and a lot easier options to use bitcoin for payments to get it bigger but its on the right path if you ask me.
