I vote for CHERUBS.  They help critically ill babies born with Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia.  CDH gets no funding or attention and 100's of these babies die each year.  http://www.savethecherubs.org

Perhaps I would say - so many people need help. It is hard to choose what I should suggest to you.

I would say - find someone who need money the most and give some to him
There are tons of young developers who need some money to focus on their target.
