Hi experts, please give beginners an idea about mobile wallet.
1. Is that risk free to keep Cryptocurrencies in a mobile wallet?
2. If my mobile crashed with active mobile wallet, will my cryptocurrencies lose?
3. What is the best mobile wallet for IOS (Apple)?

I'll answer all of it, on question #1, Yes it is risk-free to keep cryptocurrencies in a mobile wallet, BUT there are still problems when in keeping cryptocurrency through a Mobile Wallet, which means it is not 100% safe, which means you'd have to secure your BTC somewhere reliable, my first option would be using Coinbase as your mobile wallet.

Nope, if your mobile wallet crashed, it does not mean that your cryptos will lose as well, don't worry about that!  Cheesy

Probably the best mobile wallet for iOs is either Coinbase or Breadwallet.

1. Is that risk free to keep Cryptocurrencies in a mobile wallet?
Nothing is risk free. However mobile wallets are save enough for you to keep Small amounts, such as the same value of your mobile device.

2. If my mobile crashed with active mobile wallet, will my cryptocurrencies lose?
No. When you create your account using a mobile wallet you will have to save your mnemonic phrase, which will give you access to your privatekeys. Privatekey will help you recover your funds anytime you want in all kinds of wallet.

3. What is the best mobile wallet for IOS (Apple)?

I believe Coinomi is the best mobile wallet for iOS.
It supports segwit and it is multicurrency.

Coinbase is not a wallet, it is an exchange. You are spreading misinformation and talking about things you know little about.

HOLD ON THERE DUDE, DO YOU REALLY KNOW ABOUT COINBASE? OR DID YOU JUST SEARCH IT OFF GOOGLE?
IT SERVES AS A WALLET TOO

1. Stop yelling. It's not nice and it doesn't prove anything.

2. Many believe that online wallets, online services that offer "wallet" features are not proper wallets and that's OK.

* online wallets are less safe than local wallets (can be affected by hack, inside jobs, bankruptcy, and they are main honey pots for hackers)

* most online wallets decide the fees to be used instead of leaving the user some degree of decision

* for most online wallets you have no access at all to your private key or mnemonic seed

All in all, @bitmover answer is better than yours and it's a better advice imho.

Coinbase offers a wallet service, which is not a wallet at all.

They lend you some addresses on their wallet and hold your funds for you. This is like a custody service.

It's not technically a wallet, because you don't hold your private keys

I think the hardware wallets are best of all wallets. They safe and secured. There is no worry of loosing datas. You just need to remember the keys and if it safe with you.

If you are going to use the mobile application you will not find the any issues from the hacking or stealing kind of issues mate. I like to use the mobile wallets or desktop wallets only to use for receiving payments and other stuffs.

I really need to use the mobile wallet please turn on all the security settings available on the wallet. If the usage seems well you can continue to use it else you may stick to desktop or hardware wallets alone.

Until now I use a mobile wallet to store and conduct Ethereum transactions and tokens. Always secure your account with additional passwords for transactions and always keep private keys in other safe places. If something happens with our gadget, it can still be opened using the private key that we saved earlier. I use Imtoken.

Nothing is free of risk in internet but you can use mobile wallet. If your mobile crashes somehow it won't hamper your tokens in anyway. And I will recommend Samourai as a mobile wallet. Saw much good reviews on it.

Umm, I believe that no device is risk free to store your coin. You need to be careful always. With the help of private keys, you can always recover your coins even if you are mobile wallet crashes. Bread wallet and coinbase are two mostly used iOS mobile wallet.

Yes, a mobile wallet is risk free, but it will be better if you keep small amounts in it. Secondly, if your wallet crashes, even then, your coins will be safe. and lastly, Coinbase is the best wallet out there.

Mobile wallets are safe and secure. But a lot of people will recommend not to put huge amounts in there. And even if it does crash, the coins will still be safe, so there is nothing to be worried about. And the most popular wallet is Coinbase. Use that.

A mobile wallet can be very secure if you have fingerprint or face id tech on your phone.
Any newer smart phones will have these features.
Also look to see if wallet has some kind of 2f authorization, like when you withdraw you have to confirm from an email or another cell phone number.
With these, it would be incredibly hard for anyone to steal your crypto.
There is a risk if you don't secure your private keys properly.
For example, if you just have them saved on a document on your computer, then someone can easily find your addresses and keys if your computer gets infected.
They can then use all that information to download the mobile wallet on their own phone and access your wallet (because your crypto is technically not stored on your phone, it's on the blockchain).

So actually, the biggest concern people have with mobile wallets is if their phone gets stolen or broken.
But if you have your private keys, you can download the wallet on another phone and use your keys to access your crypto.

I would recommend you to avoid mobile wallet. It  is less protected compared to online wallet as there is a high chances of it to get stolen or your device can break down.

The best facility of mobile wallet is it is portable and you can have the access at any time. But yes reliability is the major factor related here so coinbase could be a great option for mobile wallet

Mobile wallets are safe and a 100% secure. Coinbase is the most popular one in the market right now and it is a safe one. And rest assured, even if the wallet crashes, your coins will be safe and unharmed.

Nothing is going to be happened if you keep your crypto coins in your wallet. Because you will get a private key in your wallet account. You can access to your account with that private key from any device.

If you are going to use mobile payments do it together with some hardware wallet like trezor or ledger. Mobile storage of crypto has a lot of stories which end in lost balances, from whatever reasons.
