Is this an old intel board? After 6 years of making AMD systems I've never seen any of those settings.

lol it matters what your definition of old is... I think this mobo was released around 3 years ago, its an Intel P45 LGA775 with a Core2Quad CPU , it is a gigabyte board which actually has the best bios for overclocking i have ever seen , tons of settings, the one before it was an Abit and this one is better...
