What is your value proposition to make this coin acceptable as payment method and make it popular to own? Why would anyone want to buy your coin and what can they do with it that they cannot do with coin x already (replace x with any other new coin)? If you don't have a proper value proposition and plan, this coin will go the same as coin x (replace x with any other new coin) where it gets mined, and as soon as it hits an exchange the early miners/devs dump and everyone just hopes that they are not the one with the hot potato (to be read as bag of worthless coins) when the music stops.

The only positive point I can give you is that you do not have an IPO.
